Tour arrangements are generally confirmed through direct communication, mainly via WhatsApp, email, or other agreed communication methods.

Kandy Trekking Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, timing, or activities when necessary due to weather conditions, trail hazards, safety concerns, government restrictions, or natural events.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative trails or arrangements where possible.
Outdoor activities in Sri Lanka are affected by tropical weather conditions. Rainfall, mist, and trail conditions may change rapidly.
A route or activity may be changed, postponed, or cancelled if continuing creates an unreasonable safety risk. The final decision regarding safety-related changes rests with Kandy Trekking Tours and your assigned guide.

Trekking activities in the Knuckles Range or Hanthana Peaks involve uneven terrain, extended walking, elevation changes, slippery surfaces, and outdoor weather.
Participants should ensure they are physically capable of completing the selected activity. If a participant has a medical condition affecting participation, they should inform us before the tour.
The safety of participants is our highest priority. Participants must follow reasonable guide instructions regarding trail safety, weather warnings, wildlife awareness, and movement restrictions.
A guide may request a participant to stop or modify participation if continuing creates a safety risk for that individual or group.
Participants understand that outdoor activities involve inherent natural risks, including slips, uneven terrain, weather shifts, heat exhaustion, insect encounters, or minor outdoor injuries.
While we take all reasonable safety precautions, these natural risks cannot be completely eliminated. By participating, customers acknowledge these outdoor conditions.
Participants are responsible for their personal items during tours. Kandy Trekking Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless caused by our direct negligence. We recommend carrying only essential gear.
Children may participate in appropriate family-friendly tours. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult who assumes safety supervision.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during tours for memories, documentation, or promotion. Customers who do not wish to appear in photographs may inform the guide beforehand, and we will honor your request.
Kandy Trekking Tours takes reasonable steps to provide safe and memorable experiences. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond control such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or participant actions violating safety rules.
We are not liable for failure or delay in services caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, or road disruptions.
We encourage responsible eco-tourism. Participants must avoid littering, respect wildlife habitats, remain on designated paths, and respect local mountain villages.
All website content, text, branding, and images belonging to Kandy Trekking Tours may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
