During tours, our guides or team members may take photographs or videos of scenic locations, trekking activities, group experiences, cultural stops, and tour moments.

For group expeditions, some wide-angle photos or scenery shots may naturally include multiple participants.
By participating in a group tour, guests acknowledge that casual photography takes place. Trekkers with privacy preferences are encouraged to communicate them with the guide.
5. Customer-Provided Photos
Guests frequently share their own trail photos or videos with Kandy Trekking Tours via WhatsApp, email, or social media tags.
By voluntarily sharing media with us, customers grant permission for Kandy Trekking Tours to feature them for tourism promotion unless requested otherwise.
